Return and Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return eligibility


To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn unused unwashed with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Items that show signs of wear washing alteration perfume makeup deodorant marks pet hair or damage caused after delivery may not be accepted.


How to start a return


To start a return contact us at rubenmorris214@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.


If your return is accepted we will send you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return shipping


For returns due to size fit color preference change of mind or other customer preference reasons the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


If the item is defective damaged on arrival or if you received the wrong item please contact us immediately. Once verified we will help resolve the issue and cover the appropriate return or replacement process.


Damages and order issues


Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items


We cannot accept returns for


  • Items that have been worn washed altered or damaged after delivery
  • - Items without original tags or packaging
  • - Final sale or clearance items if marked as final sale on the product page
  • - Gift cards

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted you can place a separate order for the new item.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If your refund is approved it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
