Order processing

 

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays sales or high order volume.

 

Shipping rates and delivery areas

 

Available shipping options and shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

Estimated delivery time

 

Estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 15 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery time is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

 

Order tracking

 

When your order ships we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after shipment.

 

Address accuracy

 

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Artksikor is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost delayed or returned packages

 

Carrier delays may happen because of weather holidays customs inspections or other events outside our control. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

 

Damaged or wrong items
